Automaint Solutions designed and manufacturers in Australia two unique cold gluing solutions; Easyshot & Minishot. Both systems are designed to position next to conveyor lines and apply accurate & consistent amounts of cold glue to various products. Cold glue can be used for case & carton sealing, folding cartons/plastic casing, business forms, envelopes, corrugated converting, mailers, bag making, bookbinding, palletising, nonwoven fabrics, labelling, and woodworking.

Manufacturers are under increased pressure to reduce tertiary packaging, such a shrink film and also the additional cost of returning damaged goods that have shifted while in transit. Cold glue application allows manufacturers to apply cold glue directly to their product before palletising and reduce their reliance on shrink wrap film and remain secure during transit.

The Automaint Solutions Easyshot Cold Gluing System is our top-of-the-line cold gluing system, fitted with a PLC and HMI interface to allow you to configure multiple glue patterns, making it perfect for applications that require multiple glue recipe patterns. The operation of the machine is fully automatic and requires no integration into your systems to operate.

The Automaint Solutions Minishot Cold Gluing System is the little brother of the EasyShot cold gluing system. It will perform in exactly the same way but is designed to be fitted to lines where the product does not continuously change, it does not come fitted with a pattern controller. The operation of the machine is fully automatic and requires no integration into your systems to operate.
