The Automaint HSC Inserter is a machinery attachment, designed and manufactured by Automaint Solutions, that is used with a modified Tecnobox TGOM Tray Erector to permit the automatic insertion of a formed tray into a HSC (Half Slotted Container Box) sleeve, resulting in a box immediately ready for use by plant operators. This style of packaging is typically used by Fruit & Vegetable producers to package their produce.
Cardboard sleeves are easily loaded onto a carriage mounted on the side of the machine at a height that is easily accessible for plant operators.
With barely a need for maintenance, the components likely to wear over time are standardised and readily available, they are also located with ease of access in mind. Componentry partners are selected carefully to ensure the utmost reliability and also with worldwide support.
A Meler gluing unit is mounted on a retractable stand for ease of transport, a folding load step, fasteners for transport, and forklift tyne pockets in the chassis to ease transportation.
The Tecnobox TGO-M range and Automaint HSC Inserter are specially designed for long-term running seasons where there is a need to pack a high volume of products with the minimum period of time, being able to produce up to 2100 trays/hour (depending on tray format and materials).
